Description: This is a request for comments on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) which will be used to procure local exchange services for US Air Force installations, Air Force Reserve Bases, Air National Guard sites and Air Force Recruiter sites. This single SOW will replace the current process of a Basic SOW which is part of the Basic Agreement and a Site Specific SOW which is included with each request for proposal and resulting Communication Services Authorization (CSA). Intent is to have a simpler process for defining the requirement. All comments are welcome including any comments to further simplify the SOW.
