Description
OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 3,946 BOMA useable square feet consisting of approximately 2,446 BOMA useable square feet of office and approximately 1,500 BOMA useable square feet of warehouse space, contiguous on a single floor at ground level within approximately one mile of Honolulu International Airport in the area of Honolulu, Oahu, HI, as set out below. The leas able space must yield a minimum of 3,946 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 4,143 BOMA usable square feet, for use by the U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible. The building shall provide for seven inside reserved off-street parking spaces, seven outside reserved off-street parking spaces, and such other parking as is required by local code to include handicapped spaces. Area of consideration: Honolulu International Airport area, City of Honolulu, Oahu, HI within the following delineated area: North: Pukotoa Street to Salt Lake Boulevard to Bougainville Drive to Lawahana Street South: Lagoon Drive to include all cul de sacs between Laco Place and Mokuea Place, to include all streets south of Highway 1 but north of Honolulu International Airport, continuing to the west on the north side of Highway 1, to include the continuation of Highway 1 to Lawahana Street East: Junction of Highway 1 and Route 78 West: Highway 1 Office and warehouse space in a quality building, with modern HVAC, which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, not in a tsunami zone, ADA compliant, and handicapped access, is solicited. The lease term will be for 5 years firm. Expressions of interest should include the building name and/or site location address, square feet (expressed as both rentable square feet and usable square feet), and legal situs to include assessor parcel number.
