Description
OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 5,500 BOMA useable square feet (approximately 6,325 rentable square feet) of office space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, set out below. The leaseable space must yield a minimum of 5,500 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 5,775 BOMA usable square feet, for use by the USDA APHIS PPQ. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible. The building shall provide for parking of 24 government vehicles and public parking nearby for up to 25 employees, and shall meet code requirements to include parking provided as required by local code for handicap access. Area of consideration: City of Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii within walking distance of the Main Terminal, Honolulu International Airport. Approximately 1,500 feet from working points at the main terminal, and approximately a 5 minute walk. Space should be near the main terminal and its immediate parking structures to service personnel who walk from the inter-island terminal, and the east most and west most end of the main terminal. North: Aolele as it runs parallel to Nimitz South: Main Terminal at Honolulu International Airport East: Paiea as it extends toward the commuter and main terminal West: Aolele as it runs perpendicular from Nimitz and becomes a service road passing between the interisland terminal and the main terminal First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, in a non-tsunami zone, and ADA compliant with handicap access, is solicited. The lease term will be for 10 years, 10 years firm. Expressions of interest should include the building name or site location address, and square feet (expressed as both rentable square feet and usable square feet), and legal situs to inlcude parcel number.
