Description

NA Work consists of demo the remaining damaged carport and utility structure from end of building. Reconstruct complete with new storage room, roof system, new door units, related trim and flashings. Interior work includes demo all water damage gypsum and i nsulation from the walls and ceilings for replacement, clean and paint complete interior, demo hardwood flooring and replace, replace HVAC split system complete, replace damaged electrical, telephone & TV cable wiring, replace kitchen cabinets, base and wa ll units, replace counter tops, sink and fixtures, replace kitchen window, replace damaged bathroom vanities, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, towel bars, soap dishes and replace utility room and furnace doors complete. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed p rice. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ??????Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988?????? and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 236118 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its af filiates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
