NA THE POC FOR THIS PROJECT IS MR. GEORGE POIROUX. FOR QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROJECT, PLEASE FAX MR. POIROUX AT FAX NO: 251/690-2902. This solicitation, which was originally posted on 24 July 2003 and modified on 21 August 2003, is again modified as fo llows: SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS are modified to change the date on which Submittals must be received from no later than 3:00 P.M. Central Time on 12 September 2003 to no later than 3:00 P.M. Central Time on 24 September 2003; and the A-E Evaluation Board ( Selection Board) is tentatively re-scheduled to commence on 14 October rather than 15 September 2003. All other requirements remain unchanged.
