Description

NA Metal Plating and chemical surface treatment to include cadmium plating and anodizing of Various Patriot and other systems as required. This will be a firm fixed price requirements contract for a base year with a one year option period. A Significant item being serviced will be Patriot Antenna Mast Group Assembly Parts. Delivery: Priority parts that do not require new fixtures must be returned or ready for pick-up by Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) by 1030 of the 14th calendar day after items are delivered to the contractor. High priority parts must be available for pick-up by 10e0 on the 7th calendar day after item delivery to the contractor. Transportation and Geographic Location: Normally LEAD personnel will transport the items to and from the contractor an d, therefore, the contractor must be within a round trip driving time of 10 hours of LEAD. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-aside. for A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. Suggest th at small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm listed. The RFP will be issued to Military Systems Group, 736 Fesslers Lane, Nashville, TN 37210-4316. All respo nsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
