Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to construct latrines, Building 113, Wheeler Army Air Field (WAAF), Island of Oahu, HI. Modified two-step process also termed C3 (customer, Contracting, and Commerce) process will be utilized as the procurement method. All interested contractors are required to attend the site visit scheduled on September 4, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time at Building 113, WA AF. You are required to notify Mr. Kerry Luke no later than September 2, 2003 of your interest in attending the site visit by e-mail at LukeK@shafter.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail if you have not attended a previous industry forum briefing. Y ou will need to be briefed on the C3 process prior to the site visit. Information on the procurement as well as site visit information (instructions) will be provided upon receipt of your e-mail.
