- Fusion Machine (i) This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332510 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001- McElroy No. 824 Fusion Machine to Include facer, heater, butt fusion adapters, 24? OD Inserts, lifting assembly, and operator?s manual. CLIN 0002- Inserts to Include: 18? Master Part # 2411708; 22? OD Part # 2411919; 20? OD Part # 2412010; 12? Master Part # 2411610; 14? OD Part # 242209; 16? OD Part # 2112110; 10? IPS Part # 1207204; 8? IPS Part # 1207104. CLIN 0003- 24? / 30? Pipe Stand (Set 1 of 2) Part # 2429101 CLIN 0004- Facer Blade Set (6 Blades 11? Long) Part # 3615712 Brand Name Only ? No equals accepted (vi) Delivery requested within 30 Days ADC. FOB Destination to 6944 Goddard Dr. Bldg 1464, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402. (viii) The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. (ix) Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors and qualifications per statement of work. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their offer. (x) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (DEV), applies to this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
