- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation F16602-03-R-0028 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation as well as all provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 314999/SIC Code 2393. If the small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, this solicitation will NOT be resynopsized. Proposals from all business sizes are encouraged. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to bid on this solicitation. DESCRIPTION: Purchase of (Item 0001) 522 each A-3 Bag, NSN 8460-00-606-8366 ONLY, (Item 0002) 522 each Knife, NSN 7340-00-240-7436 ONLY, (Item 0003) 522 each Spoon, NSN 7340-00-243-5390 ONLY, (Item 0004) 522 each Fork, NSN 7340-00-243-5391 ONLY, (Item 0005) 100 each Pan, NSN 7350-00-242-5110 ONLY, (Item 0006) 522 each Poncho, NSN 8405-01-100-0976 ONLY, (Item 0007) 522 each Ammo Pouch, NSN 8465-00-001-6482 ONLY, (Item 0008) 44 boxes Insect Repellent (12/box), NSN 6840-00-142-8965 ONLY, (Item 0009) 522 each Sleeping System, NSN 8465-01-445-6274 ONLY. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation?Commercial Items. This award will be made on the basis of evaluation criteria in the following order: (1) Responsiveness ? must provide NSN as specified for each line item, a single award will be made. and (2) Price. The following local clauses are also applicable to this acquisition: Bossier City?Parish Sales and Use Tax; Environmental Compliance.
