- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to Provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel, parts and supervision for full Yearly maintenance and repairs to the three (3) diesel emergency generator sets and associated equipment located at the VA Medical Center Milwaukee WI. The services are to be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein and contained within this request for quotations at the VAMC, 5000 West National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53295. This contract is effective for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, with four (4) one-year options. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is unrestricted and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 811310; size standard $6 Million applies. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about August 26, 2003.
