Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for the following: 1) 2pi J(NO2) Filter Radiometers - Diffusing Quartz dome system: Dome 1.3 in diameter, Dome 1.3 in height, Inner surfaces diffuse to provide uniform angular response to +/-10% over 2 pi steradian, Optical Filter to cover NO2 absorption region 330 nm to 420 nm, Photodiode with preamp, J (NO2) measurement range to be 0 .000 to 0.050 per sec, Mechanically and electronically interchangeable with existing Metcon system. 2) 2pi J(NO3) Filter Radiometers - Diffusing Quartz dome system: Dome 1.3 in diameter, Dome 1.3 in height, Inner surfaces diffuse to provide uniform angular response to +/-10% over 2 pi steradian, Optical Filter to cover NO2 absorption region 550 nm to 700 nm, Photodiode with preamp, J (NO3) measurement range to be 0 .000 to 0.050 per sec, Mechanically and electronically interchangeable with existing Metcon system. 3) 2pi steradian Actinic flux optical receptor - Diffusing Quartz dome system: 1.3 in diameter, 1.3 in in height, Inner surfaces diffuse to provide uniform angular response to +/-10% over 2 pi steradian, Output SMA Connector, System to be optimized for 1.4 mm dia optical fibers, Completely interchangeable with existing Metcon System. This procurement is being conducted per FAR Part 12, Commerical Items. This is a small purchase requirement (NTE $100K). This is a small business set-aside. Technical merit, as well as price, will be considered in selecting a vendor. Technical questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by fax or by email. You may submit your proposal by fax or by mail. Proposal must be received on or before close of business September 17, 2003. Please include delivery date, F.O.B. point, business size, Federal Taxpayer Identification Number, and Dun and Bradstreet Number.
