Description: The NRCS has completed an OMB A-76 study for Soil Conservation Technician Services for locations in the State of Georgia as shown in Solicitation No. NRCS-18-GA-03. There were no offers timely received in response to the notice posted on July 7, 2003. The solicitation is therefore cancelled and performance of these functions shall remain in-house. Questions should be submitted to the Contracting Officer identified in this notice.
