Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement to retrofit a CO2 storage unit for Third Power Plant in accordance with Chemetron specifications. At this time we anticipate a sole source award to Western Fire and Safety Company, 2446 NW Market St., Seattle WA 98107 because of the proprietary information contained within the specifications. All offerors must provide enough detail about their equipment and price reasonableness for adequate evaluation by the Government. Any respondents should mail their offer and information as requested above to U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, P O Box 620, Code 7810, Grand Coulee WA 99133-0620.
