- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Microsoft for Microsoft Premier Support services on previously purchased software. Microsoft will be providing Account Management and Proactive Technical Services, Technical Support, and Technical Information Services. Services shall last 12 months from the effective date of the purchase order. An award will be made six (6) days from the date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrates their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. This sole source procurement is being awarded as simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
