- Pre-solicitation conference will be held at Naval Support Activity New Orleans / 2300 General Meyer Ave/ New Orleans LA 70142 at 0800, Thursday, 28 August 2003. To gain access to the conference and the base, please email register not later than 26 August 2003, 1600 by email to hahne@nsa.nola.navy.mil or matthew.hahne@navy.mil. Registration must include: (1) Full name of person attending (2) Company attending on behalf of (3) Make / Model of vehicle arriving in (4) Driver's License State and Number. All attendees must still provide Driver's License, Proof of Insurance and Vehicle Registration at the Gate on arrival. Upon entering the base, proceed to the BOATHOUSE on levee road. From the front gate, turn left. Follow main drag around to the third stop sign. Turn left at this stop onto Sanctuary. Proceed two blocks to Heerman; turn right on Heerman. Follow Heerman to levy and extreme end of base. The entrance to the Boathouse is up over the levee. Conference will be held outdoors; dress accordingly.
