Description

NA Project Title and Location: This is a presolicitation notice for the furnishing of steel sheet piles and steel anchor piles for steel bulkhead wall, Oakland Inner Harbor Turning Basin, Oakland Port, Oakland, Alameda County, California. The proposed produ ct must meet the minimum grade of steel, Sectional Modulus, Moment of Inertia, and dimensional minimum requirements that will be stated in the solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and will be made using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Award will be made based on price and other factors using the best value method according to the procedures in FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations or offers. This is an unrestricted acquisition being cond ucted under the North American Industry Classification System Code 332312, which has a small business size standard of 500 employees. TO DOWNLOAD AMENDMENTS: Acc ess the list of advertised solicitations. Select the desired solicitation and then click on the amendment number. At the next screen, click on the file name and download it. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agenc y.
