- The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR Part 12 a commercial purchase order. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote of: TIMING SYSTEM for recording lap and total run times for runners.*************** The timing system must be equivalent to a digital ChampionChip Standard Timing System. You can find a description for the following required items at www.championchip.com ************** Required items: **001 - Standard Timing System (Digital) ? Quantity = 7 ea; **002 - ChampionChip Ear ? Quantity = 7 ea; **003 - CHIPS ? Quantity = 1750 ea; **004 - Ear Maintenance Agreement ? Quantity = 5 ea; **************** The items will be delivered to 737 TRSS BLDG 6420 RM 170, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. Quotations will be evaluated on the basis of price factors and best value determination. Quotations are due 2 September 2003 at 1200 p.m. Please provide delivery information with your quote.
