Description

A-U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS), Marine Optics Team, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with San Diego State University, San Diego, CA to provide research for a project entitled Monte-Carlo Radiative Transfer Modeling of Self-Shading Corrections to MOBY and MOS Upwelled Radience Sensors. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference ED-162
