Description: NA This is a sole-source procurement to Robins Gioia (R-G), Alexandria, Virginia because the tools/reports developed by R-G contain proprietary software. Contractor shall develop and conduct training for up to 131 personnel in familiarization with the primar y maintenance and production management tools developed by Robbins-Gioia for Anniston Army Depot. These tools are proprietary in nature. Contractor will also develop and provide a functional desk guide for all attendees. Primary tools developed and main tained by Robbins-Gioia include Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System (PDMSS); Production Economics Program (PEP); Desktop Unified Parts System (DUPS); Excess Disposition; Daily Production and Labor; and routing tools. The training will include ho w to use RG tools and apply basic theory of Project/Program Management, Earned Value Management, Network (Route) Development & Analysis and Scheduling to the functional areas of Program Management, Repair Parts/Materiel Management, and ISA Item Management, to aid in making decisions. Course Development: Courses will focus on current tools/reports developed by Robbins-Gioia as outlined above and used by management and administrative personnel to make decisions affecting the production operations. Courses w ill be specifically designed in accordance with ANAD policies, organizational alignments, and local procedures. (a) Pilot Presentations: Contractor shall present a pilot course on each topic to government subject matter experts. This presentation shall n ot exceed 1-1/2 to 2 calendar days and contractor will incorporate any recommended changes prior to conduct of regular classes. This presentation will be available for presentation within 45-60 calendar days of contract award, (b) Course Delivery: Recomm ended class size is a maximum of 20 students to facilitate class interaction. Each class will be no longer than 20-24 classroom hours. Training must be conducted in accordance with the hours of operation at Anniston Army Depot as stated in local clause 5 2.0211-4401 entitled ??????Local Rules and Regulations.?????? The contractor shall notify the Contract Administrator 1 week prior to schedule of each class for approval. Anniston Army Depot will provide the facilities and class materials. The contractor will provide the labor and course content. All training must be completed within 365 calendar days. Functional Desk Guide: Contractor shall develop and provide for each student a training manual containing information from each session to use as a funct ional desk guide after the training. Breakout of training required, based on above recommended quotas. Completion time: All training must be completed within 365 calendar days . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 611513. The size standard is $15 Million.
