PR ON: AX3Q0269AX, NSN: 3040-01-186-4440, PN: 406-010-413-113. Quantity: 60, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 30 each, 450 Days After Contract Award (DAC A) and 30 per month thereafter. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 30 each, 300 DACA and 30 per month thereafter. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 30 each, 375 DACA and 30 per month thereafter. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX. 76053-8030, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or othe rwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged t o identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
