- Description
- The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized and forfeited vehicles in the Southern District of Ohio. The vehicles will include production sized cars, trucks, vans, motercycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract with a contract term of a base year with 4 one-year options, for a total of 5 years. This solicitation is unrestricted. It is anticipated that solicitation number MS-03-Q-0022 will be issued on or about September 2, 2003. The estimated response time will be on or about September 19, 2003. The solicitation will be distributed through the General Services Adminstration's Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site: http://www.eps.gov. The EPS provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the EPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
