- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex proposes to contract for machining services to finish machine thirty (30) catapult base plates, and one hundred (100) catapult footpads in accordance with details and requirements of Lakehurst DWG 8002-626584, REV B. Raw material, (inconel clad steel) will be furnished by NNSY. Machined plates and footpads shall be delivered, FOB Destination, to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Response date for submission of offers will be established in the written solicitation. This requirement is being handled utilizing SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES as set forth in FAR PART 13. and authorized in FAR PART 13.5, TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS. This requirement is set aside for Small Business under NAICS Code 332710 with a Small Business Standard of 500 employees. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
