Description
NA 65 =96 Lyphochek Urine Quantitative Controls The Minneapolis VA Medical Center Toxicology Laboratory has a requirement for Lyphochek or EQUAL, Quantitative Urine Controls to include urine metals, urine toxicology=20 and catecholamine/metanephrine, VMA standards, columns and solutions.=20 All lyophilized quantitative urine controls must be made up of a minimum of 74 constituents and provide the most comprehensive list of assayed values and include electrophoretic patterns along with the assayed values. Products shall be from a human CSF based control and must have a 30 day stability after opening. Solicitation number RFQ-618-24-04-LK has been assigned and it is anticipated that bid documents will be available on or about August 18, 2003. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract with a Base Year and two option years will be awarded. Total contract period will not exceed three years. Solicitation and award procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations, FAR 12 and FAR 13 will be followed for this procurement. FSC Code 6550 applies. NAICS code is 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing (formerly SIC 2835). The small business size standard is 500 employees.
