Description: SPECIAL NOTE 22: The Albuquerque Indian Health Service National Epidemiology Program, 5300 Homestead RD NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 will be negotiating exclusively with the Oregon Health Science University, Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, 3181 SW Sam Jackson RD, Portland, OR 97201, for the procurement of training and education services for American Indian/Alaskan Native Researchers with advance degrees interested in developing research skills in cancer control through the program. The proposed contract will be awarded for a base year commencing on or about September 15, 2003 and end on the September 14, 2004, with two, one-year options renewals contingent upon availability of funding. A Request for Proposal package is not available to the public for this acquistion. This procurement is announced for public information only.
