Description

This project is restricted to small business concerns located in the Eugene, Oregon geographical area. Only contractors meeting the size requirements as provided by the US Small Business Administration shall be considered. This requirement is for the procurement of Building Exterior Pressure Washing Services at the Eugene Federal Building and US Courthouse at 211 E 7th Ave Eugene, Oregon 97401. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the pressure washing of all exterior surfaces of the buildings to include any building surfaces, parking facilities, and/or overhangs. Prospective Contractors are required to determine the amount of surface area to be cleaned. Non-scaled prints and photos will be provided for reference only. This project has a duration of 30 calendar days. All work will be completed on the exterior of the building. All personnel will be required to obtain security clearances prior to working on this project. NAICS: 561790 (2002 NAICS) applies with a estimated cost of this project of less than $50,000 for all requested work. All requests regarding this project must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officers Representatives/Project Manager(s) Bob Ortiz (bob.ortiz@gsa.gov) or Guy Cannova (guy.cannova@gsa.gov). TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. A site visit is scheduled for August 19, 2003 at 1:00pm at the project location. All proposals shall include the following information: references and a list of similar past projects demonstrating the ability to perform the task. Proposals shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer prior to the closing date of August 27, 2003 at 4:00pm.
