- NAICS Code: 541990 ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE OFFICE OF WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT Public Notice # August 13, 2003 Procurement Office: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, National Procurement Contract Service Center (3803R) 1200 Pennsylvania Ave, NW Washington, DC 20460 Title: Organizational Develoment for the Office of Wastewater Management Response Date: September 1, 2003 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 3, intends to purchase the services of Ruth Carsten on a Sole Source basis to provide strategic planning, organizational assessments and upward feedback of supervisors and managers. Ms. Carsten is considered the only source to provide the required expertise because of her extensive knowledge and experience with the Office of Water in particular her nine years conducting Office of Wastewater Management's supervisory upward feedback surveys as well as facilitating extensive strategic planning processes. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Notwithstanding, any firm which believes it is capable of meeting the EPA's requirements as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered if received by the date stated above. Routine requests for a copy of the RFQ will be disregarded. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
