Description: This is an addition to the previous Pre-Solicitation Notice AK-03-002. All original conditions remain unchanged. In addition, all interested sources must be certified professional engineers in the state of Alaska at time proposals are due. All questions must be directed to the contracting officer in writing by email only at steve.latimer@ca.usda.gov. No questions will be accepted by telephone. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals will be on or about September 19, 2003. If you are interestd in competing for this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending an email to Steve Latimer at steve.latimer@ca.usda.gov not later than August 28, 2003.
