Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The California National Guard needs conference facilities, lodging & catering service in or near Tumon, Guam for the period of 20-30 Augus t 2003. CONFERENCE FACILITY REQUIREMENTS: 0800 – 1600 hours 23-29 August 2003: *2 each 12 foot by 20 foot rooms *1 each 12 foot by 40 foot by 65 foot room *2 administrative phone lines & 2 graphics phone lines set up in 2 smaller rooms. LODGING RE QUIREMENTS: *15 single occupancy rooms International Delegates for 23-30 August 2003 *15 single occupancy rooms International Delegates for 24-30 August 2003 *3 single occupancy rooms conference staff for 22-30 August 2003 * 3 single occupancy rooms for c onference staff for 20-30 August 2003 *Gov’t WILL NOT be obligated for pay television, long distance calls, room service, parking or chargeable exercise/spa privileges. *Room price will be inclusive of any surcharges, energy charge, etc. CATERING REQ UIREMENTS: *25-29 August 2003: 2 breaks & a lunch for 30 people per day *24 August 2003: Reception for 30 people *28 August 2003: Dinner for 30 people. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Centra l Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due NLT 15 August 2003 by 1400 hours at USPFO for California, Contracting Office, HWY 1, BLDG 633, PO Box 8104, San Luis Obispo, CA 93403-8104.
