- Description
- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE - U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 9,250 to 9,700 BOMA usable square feet of modern office and related space in the metropolitan area of Holland, Michigan. Ground floor, stand-alone building, or new construction is preferrable. Offers of possible locations will initially be considered for properties in these specific boundaries. NORTH -Quincy Street, SOUTH -146th Avenue, EAST -96th Avenue, WEST -Route U.S. 31. The Government reserves the right to change the boundaries, reduce the square footage, or cancel any procurement. Secured, structured parking is required. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Brokers or agents representing prospective landlords must submit written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Please forward any pertinent information by September 30, 2003 making reference to Solicitation for Offers No. GS-05B-17035.
