Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Grain Insects Research Lab, located in Brookings, South Dakota, requires one new baler and shredder. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/229-5531. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-028-82HW-03. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'd quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ 970/229-5531 on or before August 27, 2003 by 5:00 P.M. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 333111 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-028-82HW-03 which will be available on or about August 13, 2003. The anticipated award date is August 29, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
