Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a SOLE SOURCE requirement to conduct a JSOW aft lug wind tunnel testing in accordance with a test plan. The objective of this task is to obtain values for the drag coefficient and center of pressure for the 14- and 30-inch JSOW aft lugs. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis, a firm fixed price type contract with Allied Aerospace Industries, North American Trisonic Wind Tunnel, 400 Duley Road, El Segundo, California 90245. This procurement is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements). This is not a solicitation. No RFP will be issued on the basis of this Notice of Intent.
