Description: The Marine Corps Systems Command has a requirement to rent/lease an aircraft cargo loader. The loader is needed 15-19 August 2003 at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA. Loader must be capable of lifting a minimum of 10,000 pounds and load a C-130 aircraft.
