Army Space and Missile Defense Command is planning to negotiate with Raytheon Technical Services Company, 1665 Hughes Way, Long Beach, CA 90810-0399 on a sole source basis to modify contract DASG60-01-C-0048 to complete the current aircraft/syste m modifications and successfully complete the airworthiness/flight verification test phase for the DC-10 aircraft; integrate multiple captive-carry seeker/sensor systems onboard the aircraft; and successfully conduct initial mission operations to validate the performance capability of the DC-10 airborne testbed.
