- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is procuring under commercial acquisition procedures (Test Program 13.5)repair parts for the Main Feed Pump (Fresh water to boiler). This solicitation will be posted to the NECO website. All offerors will be responsible for using the NECO website for a copy of the solicitation and modifications. All responsible offers please email request for the original solicitation to dianne_k_grimes@puget.fisc.navy.mil. Phone request will not be honored. This will be under full and open competition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUN-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 05-AUG-2003.
