- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700103Q0019. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 441222 and the small business size standard is $3.5 million. Item #0001: (1) ea. 2003 1650 AWCC and (1) ea. 2002 MV1860 AWFF ALUMACRAFT ALL WELDED JON BOATS, They Will Consist of: Standard light package, center console, remote steering, safety equipment, floor, windshield, standard seats, bilge pump, starting battery, deep cycle battery, multi-function tachometer, yamaha depth gauge, trolling mount, trailer motor harness, power points, safety gear (for boats max capacity), with all labor and North Carolina titling and three (3) year registration. Item #0002: one (1) ea 2003 F60 and one (1) ea 2003 F80 Yamaha Four Stroke Outboard Motor with stainless steel prop, control box, 12 gal fuel tank, three year standard warranty, and three year extended warranty, and all labor and rigging fees to be included in price. Item #003: (2) ea Minkota BMD 8277, 12 v 55 thrust w/quick release bracket and 48? shaft. Item #004: Two (2) ea VR-2200 Galvanized trailers, with 1 7/8? hitch. Bearing buddy up grade, trailer roller upgrade, tie down straps and lights. Extra items: for Alumacraft 1650: (3) ea afte rmarket camouflage seats, (2) ea chairs slide rails, 1 ea three piece bow mounting fixture, and 1 ea Alumacraft boat cover. Extra items for 2002 MV1860AWFF Boat, seats (2) ea, alumacraft camouflaged, (2) ea seat springs, aluminum post, labor included, (1) ea Alumacraft boat cover, and (1) ea 13 amp guest battery, and on board charger. FOB Destination to Freight Traffic Branch, Bldg. 1011, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. DFAR 252.204-7004 (mar 1998) Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). Offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award for this acquisition or for any future awards.
