- Navsea, Indian Head has a requirement to provide agency-wide support services for research and development activites for the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency. This requirement is set aside 100% small business. This will be a Single Award. This will be a cost plus fixed fee, idefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract, with a period of performance of one year (365 days) from the date of contract award and four (4) one year (365 days) options. The place of performance shall be performed within 3701 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington VA. Delivery Orders will be placed on the contract to identify specific work to be performed in accordance with the requirements stated in statement of work. Delivery schedule is determined in each individual delivery order. Award shall be based on "Best Value". The Governmentwill determine best value on the basis of the Evaluation on 1 . Offeror Submission, 2. Offeror Capability 3. Price or Estimated Cost and Fee. Under the offeror capability the following are the evaluation factors: (1) relevant experience (2) past peformance (3) personnel resources. This small business size (NAICS) Code is 541710 for this procurement with employees of 1000 and the Federal Supply Class is AD21. This solicitation will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately 30 Sep 2003. Prior to this date, you will not be able to access this solicitation. When available, copies of this solicitation can only be obtained from the Navsea, Indian Head Internet web page. Use your email read notification feature to confirm the Contract Specialist's receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It's the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the Navsea, Indian Head Contracts Division website for current status of solicitations and amendments. . Once the solicitation has been issued on the internet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail message to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the internet. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Navsea, Indian Head Contracts Division website at http:// www.ih.navy.mil/contracts (" copies of solicitations will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person, these types of r equests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED"). Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration database.
