- Description
- Program 5543-M, Two-Color Highlighted Copied Training Manuals, Over 500 Copies. Term contract for the period beginning Date of Award through July 31, 2004 and up to 4 option years through July 31, 2008. Multiple Award contract. Award will be made to multiple contractors and orders offered in sequence of lowest contractor first. These specifications cover the production of looseleaf books and pamphlets requiring such operations as copy pickup, reproduction from government furnished camera copy and or electronic media, printing in one and two colors, binding, labeling, packing, and distribution. Approximately 35 orders per year but orders placed in October through January with most orders in a short period of time. From 501 to 3,000 or more copies and from 4 to 700 or more pages. Prints head to head in black plus one additional color of ink.Prints on 50 lb. white offset book or 20 lb. white writing or xerographic bond. Quality level III required but requires exact registration. IMMEDIATELY FAX BID REQUEST ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD TO 312.886.3163. REQUEST BY PROGRAM NUMBER. Cite company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and GPO Contractor's code if known. No contractor's code does not preclude bidding. Separate letters required for each different jacketprogram request. Bid specifications will be faxed to the requestor. Bidder must have the actual bid specifications to bid.
