Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Tulsa Field Office, has a requirement for well plugging and abandonment. The project is located NW/4SW/4SW/4 Sec. 22, T. 20 N., R. 6 E., Pawnee County, OK. The contractor is to provide all necessary material, equipment and labor to cap and abandon two wells. Period of performance for this project is 60 days from date of award. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. Small Business firms must certify that they are either a business located in the State of New Mexico or certify to hire 51% of the workforce locally in New Mexico. This solicitation will be available on or about May 27, 2003. There will be a site visit on June 9, 2003 at 10:00. Bid responses will be due on June 27, 2003. Bidders are requested to visit the Department of Interior (DOI) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov or the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizops.gov for a copy of the solicitation. You are requested to download this solicitation electronically from the DOI or FedBizOps website. Bidders are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov.
