- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Environmental Planning Strategies Inc. (EPSI) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Northwest Region. Purpose of proposed contract is to provide tailored NEPA courses developed for the NMFS in collaboration with the NMFS NEPA Coordinator. NEPA training is not generic or off-the-shelf. EPSI possesses expertise to conduct training related to requirements of the NEPA, review processes, documentation specific to NMFS compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., Categorical Exclusion, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements). Questions concerning the proposed acquisition may be directed to Randall Brown. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.
