- Water Treatment Services for Equipment at Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain a Water Analysis and Treatment Services for Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, and Coolers at Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all the labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, and analytical services. The contractor shall also control corrosion, scale, algae and slime growth in open re-circulating and closed loop liquid circuits for high/low pressure air systems. The equipment on this contract is for air conditioning and air compressor systems. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2003).
