Description

NA This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about August 13, 2003. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work of this contract includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the removal of an interlocking clay tile roof and replacement with a synthetic roof system. Work will be performed at the Glasshouse Factory, 1353 Colonial Parkway, Jamestown, VA. Contractor will be required to remove and replace all missing or deteriorated wood. A pre-bid site visit will be held on September 4, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Meet at the Jamestown Glasshouse located on Jamestown Island, Jamestown, VA. Directions may be obtained by calling (757)898-3400. Bidders are encouraged to attend. The National Park Service anticipates entering into a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS Code is 235610 and the Small Business Size is $12 million.
