Description

NA This requirement is for Lead Base Paint Abatement for flaking, chipping, and cracking paint for various buildings at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. It was found that the present paint is lead-based, and poses a hazard. Work will not commence until an area insp ection has been performed by a Lead Base Paint Program Environmental Inspector. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for performing this requirement. The Contractor shall remove all deteriorated and flaking paint from all hang er door surfaces, prepare for repainting, and repaint to match the existing color in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Requirement is for both the exterior and interior hanger door surfaces in four aircraft hangers The Contractor is res ponsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations, and programs of this installation. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acquisition is NAICS 238320, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $12 million.
