Description

Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to perform analytical analysis in support of various analytical requirements at Tinker AFB, including, but not limited to: Routine Water and Wastewater Studies, Drinking Water Analysis, Ground Water and Stream Analysis, Soil, Solid Waste and Sludge Analysis, Hazardous Waste Analysis, Radioactive Material Analysis and Air Contaminant Analysis in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance is 1-Basic Year and four 1-year options. A Service Contract is contemplating. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8101-04-R-0001, will be issued electronically and may be obtained exclusively by accessing the Government?s Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.eps.gov, access links as follows:1-Vendors, 2-DoD, 3-Department of Air Force (offices), 4- Air Force Materiel Command (locations) 5-Tinker AFB OC-ALC-(Base Contracting) Tinker AFB, OK, (posted dates). Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 15 Aug 2003 and approximate response date for bids 15 Sep 2003. All contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award.
