- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation number is F41614-03-T-0052, issued as a request for quotation. Responses/offers are due by 12 August 2003. Please visit www.eps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via email, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. Solicitation provisions are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15 and DCN 20000210.
