Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Central Administrative Support Center, KC, MO intends to contract with a company to provide a SEAMLESS RE-ROOF/covering of Building 400 at National Ocean Service (NOS) Center for Coastal Environmental Health and Bimolecular Research (CCEHBR) 219 Fort Johnson Road, Charleston, SC with a Corning Urethane foam roof system. The surface area is approx. 9300 sq ft. to be completed by a certified BASF/Dow Corning approved installer utilizing BASF Elastospray 5100 Series Sprayed in place Polyurethane Foam (SPF) insulation. Ten (10) year warranty required. This is a commercial item acquisition. The solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2003. This action is set aside for small business. NAICS code 235610. Installation required during September/October 2003. Estimated between $25,000 and $100,000.
