- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-102-7337, LTC03203013374, Fitting Assembly. In accordance with Grumman Aerospace Corp. (Cage: 26512) P/N 160D627111-5 or 160D627111-7 Rev ?H?. The other source listed is Kent Associates Inc. Cage: 8R034, and Capy Machine Shop Cage: 0BVP9. This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is August 14, 2003 and the solicitation closing date is September 12, 2003. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 292 each for the base year and 644 each for all option years. This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set Aside. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
