This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst B lvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499; Skyline Industries, Inc., 1201 Forum Way South, Fort Worth, TX 76140-5099, Cage Code 24434 and Raytheon E-Systems, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, KY 40516-9723, Cage Code 7S976, because the rights to use the data ne eded to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 15 each 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that ca n produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
