Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform clearing of approx 18 acres, construction of one paved 600? long bituminous concrete access road and one skid pan complete and ready for use. The skid pan shall be 400? x 700?, paved skid pan using concrete and bituminous concrete, one 120 gpm non-potable water well and pump, a pavement wetting (irrigation) system, electrical power, an overhead canopy and all appurtenances. Clearing, grading and soil stabilization of the entire site (includes area of optional second skid pan) is included in the base bid. Construction of a second skid pan is optional and solely at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The estimated dollar range of this solicitation is between $1 million and $5 million, NAICS #237310, business size standard is $28.5 million. The solicitation plans and specifications will be available on or about August 23, 2003 on the Fed Biz Opps website at www.eps.gov and on CD through the Contracting Officer at the Procurement Division.
