Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotes received within 2 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-03-T-0072, is issued for reference purposes only. CLIN 0001: Excluder extender kit, 23 X 3.3cm, QTY: 2ea; CLIN 0002: Excluder extender kit, 26 X 3.3cm, QTY: 2ea; CLIN 0003: Excluder extender kit, 14.5 X 7cm, QTY: 2ea; CLIN 0004: Excluder extender kit, 12 X 7cm, QTY: 2ea; CLIN 0005: Excluder extender kit, 28.5 X 3.3cm, QTY: 2ea; CLIN 0006: Excluder extender kit, 10 X 7cm, QTY: 2ea; CLIN 0007: Excluder introducer, 12F X 30cm, QTY: 20ea; CLIN 0008: Excluder introducer kit, 18F X 30cm, QTY: 20ea.
