Description

03T0172 ALCATEL MAG 1cv VACUUM PUMP WITH ACCESSORIES The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). The proposed source is Stavac Associates in Butler, PA. The item being procured is (1) Alcatel Mag 1cv Vacuum Pump with accessories and spare parts. This synopsis is being published for information purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider any quotations received within (7) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
